The hotel photos looked nice but the room is extremely small. No windows. The window they said is the only one in the toilet (not bathroom) and connected with their storage. We have only 2 carry-on luggage but the space in the room is not enough if we open them. So you can imagine how bad to survive in the black box like that. My room is located on the 3rd level next to a small staircase, but they use that as a hanging area and laundry stuff, which are seriously smelly (chemical smell from detergents). This space is not safe enough for normal human living, and very dangerous in case emergency (imagine if there is something happens, you can not escape). Overall, booking.com should check the quality and safety of this hotel. My parent stayed here 1 night and they couldn't sleep in the room because of the room didn't have enough air for breathing. We were charged for 3 nights. They do not provide enough information about the hotel isn't comfortable, particularly for the elderly and they will not refund you any fees even in a bad situation caused by their design. (The 1st floor is used for a coffee shop which is dirty and uses lots of chemicals)

Location was close to lots of food options and there’s a cafe on the ground floor of the hostel which sold coffee from Nan!

It is right next to a big highway which is very very loud. If your room is facing this road you will need earplugs.

The room was not ready at the time of the scheduled check-in. The ceiling was leaking during the heavy rain. There was a smell of mold in the bathroom and room. Moreover, there was a lot of noise in the night from the corridor.
