Staff were excellent!

Sehr angenehter Aufenthalt! Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer bot genug Platz und der Sichtschutz vor dem Bett war wirklich praktisch. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dazu eine tolle Lage.

Die Badezimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können.

Sono stato 2 mesi in questo Hostel per tutto il mio soggiorno a Chiang Mai in pratica. Leen, la receptionist estremamante gentile, cordiale, simpatica e sempre disponibile. L'ambiente è pulito e mantenuto sempre in oridne, quando richiedi di cambiare le lenzuola le cambiano sempre. I letti non sono molto comodi, ma e un fattore comune di tutta la thailandia, mi ci sono abituato e poi sono stato bene. Ci sono persone aperte, disponibile e con le quali creare relazioni Il posto a 4 piani, nel secondo e 3 ci sono posti dove sedersi, studiare, lavorare. Nel 4 piano che un solario grande dove stare tranquillo, prendere il sole, fare yoga, fumare. Ce anche la lavatrice e zona dove stendere. Oltre a tutto questo hai un frigorifero pubblico dove mettere le tue cose anche e un microoende per cucinare o riscaldare. Poi ce il caffe e la cioccolata calda gratis e l'acqua gratis. E infine cosa che e molto bella e potenziante, hai una palestra molto grande inclusa di 4 piani dove allenarti. E di fianco un ristorante molto buono. Lo consiglio vivamente c'e tutto quello che ti serve per avere una bellissima esperienza.

I got a private room. It was good size with a balcony. Bathroom and toilets were clean enough and well stocked. Good Wi-Fi speed and coverage. Hot and cold water in the common area. Good AC.

Room was very noisy with traffic noise even if you close balcony door and windows. Bed mattress was hard. The place does not respond to messages or call (whatsapp or sms). There is no one at the reception in the morning.

The lady on reception was so nice and so helpful. My flight landed so much earlier than I thought and she managed to check me in early so I could rest. Each bed is separated by a curtain for privacy, there's a large cabinet by each bed that you can lock and a second door lock if you're the last one out. Both of which you have the key for. They clean every day. The showers and toilets were so clean, top tip leave the door open after a shower so the room dries out. The roof top has 2 washing machines and so much covered and uncovered space to dry your clothes. The gym next door is included for free and you can even box there. There is a 7/11 2 min walk away. Oh and there is free soap and shower gel in little bottles.
