Khao Sok Royal Bamboo Hostel

I asked for a room with a window and they provide, I was so happy 😊 Staff is friendly, most of them always smiling. They working hard, very long hours in high season. Room basic, but superclean. Matress comfortable, looks new. Good working AC. Even an umbrella and hairdryer provided. Shared bathrooms clean at any time (they clean few times a day). Toiletries provided. Room service every day (fresh towels, water). Free to use the Resort Pool, which is a big plus to relax between activities. I booked tours with them, which were super organized.

The first thing I was given was a sheet of rules to read through. I've never experienced that before and I was a bit worried that I might accidentally ignore something and that they would keep the deposit (1000 THB), but nothing happened 😊

The private room was nice and the AC was great!

Staff just seemed disinterested and put off by guests. My husband and I stayed for three nights and they kept asking us where we were staying. We have spent two months in Thailand and this was one of the first places we felt like this. A bit odd

We spent two nights here, on both sides of the overnight np. tour. On the second night we got a way bigger room for the same price as the first one, this second room was really nice as there was space around the bed. The rooms are basic, but very clean and nice. The staff is amazing and really helpful, a special thanks to Ying; amazing customer service! Also the pool is a bonus. The beds are hard, but that was ok for us as we like that, but I would see that could be a small problem for someone else's back.

The shared toilet could use cleaning a bit more often.

Good decent room for a night. Aircon worked very well. I like how centre the hostel but wasn’t too noisy from main road.

Showers sprayed over the toilet in the shared bathroom?
