The owner was super friendly and gave a lot of tips on things to do. There is some snorkeling gear for rent and i think SUBs too. There are lockers in the room and its an air con'ed room. Everything was clean on my visit. I was able to already check in at 8am in the morning, which is unusual for Taiwan.

I expected the toilets to be outside, but they are about 50 to 70m away from the room. I would recommended getting a scooter (i walked there). The island might be small but in hot weather not good to walk. Also the accomodation is a few minutes walk away uphill from everything.
