The location was great - it was close to y work events. The staff was helpful and accommodating when I messaged with special requests.

The restaurant downstairs play extremely loud music. The hallway rugs were a bit worn and dirty.

Location and price are superb, but you get what you pay for.

It’s a budget location so don’t expect too much. Not the operators fault, but the water was off for over 24 hours, we were offered to relocate, which was good.

Overall very good, I really don’t understand the reviews with such low ratings. If you book a private room, I can say the room was very spacious, clean, with a great bathroom. The lack of windows is not a problem since it’s well ventilated (and honestly, who the heck wants to open a window in downtown Philadelphia?). As for the noise, I found it pretty normal coming from the bar downstairs, and they close at 10 p.m., so no problem there. There are cameras all over the hallways so it feels very safe, and the doors use digital codes, though I still brought my hotel door lock just in case. The location is excellent for anyone traveling on business.

I stayed for 7 days, and on the last 2 days a slight smell of sewage or mold started bothering me. It is not a problem with the hotel but the whole city is ugly and monotonous, and everyone is extremely bad tempered and arrogant. This is the case throughout the United States.

I liked the properties proximity to the convention center. I valued the security and the fact someone needs four codes prior to getting into any room. The bed, tv, and other furniture were nice additions to the room and helped it feel more comfortable.

The property could be a little cleaner. The cobwebs, dirt, and cluttered stairs made entering the building a little uneasy. One small addition that could go a long way is making sure every room has a mirror available. It’s nice to make sure you look presentable without having to walk down the hallway. The only other thing I didn’t like which was an issue the first night only was the loud music being played from the downstairs restaurant.

We were told that we would be able to enter our room by 3:00 PM. However, we had tickets to venues, and it was close to 4:00 PM before we were finally notified the room would be available. We made the decision since there was no place to leave the luggage not to wait for the room and booked another nearby hotel so we could be on time for our event.

The stairs carpet was not hygienic, guess it crests bad smell.
