AF Stays - Philadelphia Convention Center

Location was good.

Very loud at night due to restaurant on first floor. If you don't mind the sound until 12am on most nights pick another place.

No window, noisy, smells bad.

The location of the property was great. It was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The instructions to get into the building were straight forward and easy.

The hallway and stairs were a pain to go up and down. So if you have any mobility issues be aware. Or have a lot of suitcases. The walls of the place have stains. Bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet was ripped. No soap to wash hands but there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No windows, didn’t bother us but it might bother other people.

The place was not clean. There was no window in the room, no ventilation and it smelled of cigarettes. There is some sort of unofficial nightclub upstairs with pounding music. I could not stay there.

I was not able to check in the hotel. So I do not have any thing like there.

Their listed phone number is not reachable. We was not able to check in due to the call to the listed phone number in booking.com is not working. They are not refund my payment for the stay at all even I request a cancel for the second night.

You have to be f-ing kidding me. You cancelled my reservation because your calendar didn’t sync.

The location was great and the ease of checking in and checking out was nice.

My room was right next to the common area so I could constantly hear everything going on in the hallway.

The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean and having access to the kitchen.
