Location and price

The restaurant music from below was very loud until 10pm but thankfully it stopped at 10pm each night. The walls are thin so other people staying on the 2nd floor can be heard talking in the hallway. The main door slamming shut is loud in room 202.

Room smelled like urine. No staff onsite to talk to. Loud bass music thumping until 2:00 in the morning.

I do not often complain. However.. There was music blasting every night until late. The place smelled mouldy and damp. It also had a pretty scary, run-down aesthetic. The photos do not reflect the vibe of the place at all. I would be okay with staying here but NOT for the price I paid. I can't believe how much money I gave for this room.

Location was just what I was looking for. Room was fine and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, easy check in, and good communication. Great place to stay!

Loud! The business bellow plays music till late and the tenant above’s music was so loud till 3am it shook the room. No windows! This is def an illegal hotel!

The location was not that bad

Very loud, no elevator. We didn't even sleep there. I had to book another hotel, as I was not feeling safe there with my children

The room had no windows, and loud music from the restaurant downstairs played until 2 a.m., causing vibrations that could be felt in the bed. There was no reception to assist, and no lounge available. On the day of checkout, I had to store my luggage at a different hotel because I had a conference to attend. Despite multiple attempts to call, they did not answer the phone.
