they sent me the instruction to enter the unit at 7 pm. Before that nobody respond the phone calls that i did at the time of check in. I needed to find another accommodation for the night.

Despite 5/11/24 e-mail requesting info prior to 5/18/24 explaining that I would not have access to e-mail after 5/17 and repeated messages left on property's answering machine, no response until an e-mail 5/18 stating property overbooked.

The location was great. Nearby subway station and convention center.

Several nightclubs played music, and it created vibration throughout nights. The thin wall doesn't block any noise. It is not a place for rest. There is no window. When you turn on ventilation from a restroom, your room will be filled with smells of illegal drugs from outside.

Noise level and flooring wood areas were torn.

Location superb

Noise from restaurant downstairs also no windows

Close to everything

Not expecting so many stairs

Was no break fast .

The noise from the club downstairs was so loud until like 11pm every night.

Didn't receive entry instructions in time and no one answer my calls. The room smelled. Loud music played downstairs until past 4am - hard to sleep. One of the worst places I have stayed at.
