TUTI HOSTEL

The bathroom is inside of the Room and smells bad. The hostel add a locker at night and i wasnt informed of the code. No English spoken in recepcion. I bought One Room with 25m2 and i had One with less then 15 m2

The receptionist was very nice and spoke good English, helped a lot with ny stay. The location is close to restaurants and attractions can be reached quickly by motorbike. The rate for the room was also inexpensive. They allowed for an early check-in, which was great.

The room was smelling strangely of chemicals. It was so bad that I had to change rooms late in the evening because I felt nauseous. They happily provided me with a new room. The bed had bedbugs, which was unbearable. I woke up in the night feeling itchy. Absolutely not cool. Also, there are only main lights, so no way for a chill evening reading session.

Hostel room is small and toilet narrow, yet clean and staff helpful. Dorm is better quality than double.

The location felt not safe: a shop nearby (walking out turn right a few steps away, see photo on Google review) scammed me with short changes: running out of small changes, I used 200K to buy 8K water, they give 42K change and kept 150K to themselves. It is not the hostel’s fault however they refused to tell where to find local police to make a report. It is hard to know whether the shop is connected to the hostel or not.

I liked how the staff was very friendly and how they would help with every question. I also liked how well preserved the pool table was. There also was a water tap to refill bottles.

The bed was a little hard, but thats to be expected with the price. We also found some ants in the room. That wasnt as nice.

The location and rooms of the property are very bad. The images on booking.com are also misleading
