First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

If I could I would give an 11! The staff itself warrants a 10. They were the most lovely, friendly and helpful people I have ever met. Special shoutout to Gavy Julie and Ann, who truly went above and beyond to make sure that I had a pleasant stay. The location is also absolutely amazing! A lot of great food spots nearby (Banh Mi Queen is a 3 minute walk), a big convenience store/supermarket 1 minute away. The street itself is quiet (and beautiful with a bunch of lanterns) and a very short walk away from the Old Town. The breakfast was also outstanding! I will definitely be returning:)

Hoi An was absolutely amazing! What might’ve been even more memorable than the great experience the town had to offer, was the stellar service from the reception staff at this hotel. Julie and Gavi were always happy to greet and eager to provide a welcoming experience. When I first walked into the hotel, Julie greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with my bags, and gave me the most nurturing glass of water (I was absolutely parched). She then sat me down and gave me a pamphlet and notes on what to do during my short time here. All her recommendations were hits and she definitely did not steer me in the wrong direction. The location itself is great, with most things a tourist would want to see within walking distance, and the room itself was in peak condition, super clean, and smelled great. I just finished doing some hostel stays and this was a great reset. Thank you for the amazing experience! Can’t wait to be back!

The staff was amazing! They were very attentive to my traveling needs and help me to book everything I needed (tours and transport). They also have an amazing history talk about Vietnam and Hoi An which was totally worth to listen to and learn from.

We had an amazing experience at First Hoianese Center Hotel. Julie and Gavi provided us with the best hospitality we have ever experienced. From the start, they went above and beyond to help us plan our activities and book buses and tickets, always with a smile. Upon check-in, Julie provided us with a fantastic introduction to Hoi An, including plenty of suggestions on what to do and many other helpful local tips. The entire staff creates such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. We also loved the complimentary Vietnamese coffee and tea in the lobby! Additionally, the hotel is exceptionally clean. If we ever return to Hoi An, we would definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect. Perfect location in the Old Town, clean room and amazing stuff. Julie was so nice and help us with everything. Hint: Pick a room with street view, its worth it.

Amazing breakfast with fresh fruits and good options. Julie at The front desk Is so kind and helpful. As we arrived, she showed us a map with the highlights of what to do, where to eat, where to buy clothing, etc. Hotel Is clean with nice esthetics. Great location so you can walk or bike pretty much everywhere. We also did the walking tour that was included with our stay and it was one if not the best tour we did in a month in Vietnam.
