I truly loved everything about this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, the location was just perfect. The staff, especially Julie ❤️❤️ had so much knowledge and was so kind and helpful! 100% recommend you to stay there!!

I had an amazing stay here - it was clean, comfortable and convenient. Most of all, Ann, Julie, and Emma were so friendly and welcoming, they were very attentive and very kind. During my stay I had early starts so they provided me with an earlier breakfast and a takeaway breakfast too, to accommodate the timings I had. They were really helpful by providing recommendations and always looking to help with anything that was needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, I hope to stay here again next time! :)

Good location, very clean rooms. Rooms are with all small details like mosquito spray, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, sleepers. There is also open kitchen area with cutlery and gas stove if you want to cook something quick. Staff at the hotel is very kind and helpful. Julie and Ann were the receptionist during my stay. They explained me everything about city, experiences I can do there with lot of patience. They are very kind and helpful people. While checking out, they offer a small unique gift - which was very lovely gesture. I highly recommend this stay.

It has three floors and no elevator, hotel staff is very helpful in transferring luggage.

everything you need and breakfast is worth it. The hotel offers tours and classes to give visitors a taste of Vietnam and its culture that goes beyond what you might have learned at school. I really enjoyed the history talk with Ivy and Bao, which spoke about the struggle for freedom of their country and their personal experience. The staff at the hotel was super kind and they supported us with any request we had, even recommending a very good cao lau restaurant. Cảm ơn Julie and Ann😁

Everything was great

Muhteşem bir otel grubu. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever. Oda tertemiz ve içinde gerekli her şey var. Otelde konaklayanlar için ücretsiz sunulan yürüyüş turuna ve tarihi anlatıya da katıldım ve sırf onlar için bile değer. Kahvaltılı rezervasyon yaptırmamıştım ama orada nakit ödeyerek bir sabah kahvaltısını da denedim. O da çok iyiydi. Menüden istediğinizi seçiyorsunuz (birden fazla şey de olur), yapılıyor ve oldukça doyurucu. Tekrar gelip yine burada kalacağım. Ahn, Julie ve Bao, her şey için teşekkürler.

Asansör olmaması merdiven çıkmakta zorlananlar için zor olabilir. Bir de 21.30'dan sonra resepsiyonda kimse bulunmuyor. Herhangi bir güvensizlik hissi oluşmadı, muhit olarak sakin ve güvenliydi.

Location, tranquility, comfort and finally but most importantly STAFF. Oh my word Anne in reception is an absolute delight. What a very special hotel this is! It’s like a warm hug, a welcome home.

Très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. L’accueil est vraiment un point fort : Anna et June sont extrêmement sympathiques, souriantes et toujours prêtes à aider avec de très bons conseils. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Petit plus à ne pas manquer : le petit-déjeuner, qui est vraiment excellent et très complet. Je recommande sans hésiter !
