First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Super Lage, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Mit Julie und Ann gibt es zwei super nette Mädels an der Rezeption, die gute Empfehlungen für verschiedene Aktivitäten geben. Und es gibt sogar günstiges Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Julie and An were in contact before I'd even arrived offering ideas and support for my trip on where and how to get around. The room was very clean, a decent size and good working A.C. Hotel as a whole had a nice style to it and was above expectations. No problems with noise, it was in a quite area but could easily walk to the old town in 5 min. I didn't have the breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat nearby and they offered lots of excellent recommendations. Their walking tour was very informative and good way to learn about the city. Staff make it special, would recommend.

No fridge in the room but they did have water refill by the lobby. There was no elevator in case this is an issue getting up and down to the 3rd floor.

Highly recommend staying here, we stayed here on two separate occasions whilst visiting Hoi An! Perfect location close to the Old Town. Spacious and clean rooms with little details such as a laundry bag, mosquito repellent and face towels provided. The staff were absolutely incredible and provided lots of useful information about trips and experiences. They helped us book some stuff, including transport to our next destination and even bike hires. Julie and An really made our time staying easy and seamless - super friendly and great to talk to for tips, always with a smile on their face :) thank you!

Staying in the top floor room which is very close to the breakfast area could be quite noisy in the mornings depending on the guests staying! But once I mentioned it to the reception, they made an effort to ensure the following mornings were quieter! Great customer service.

The free tour of Hoi An was excellent as was the service in the hotel.Nothing was too much bother for the reception staff.Very helpful and polite.

Our stay here was amazing! Perfect location and the hotel was lovely and clean. The thing that makes this place special is the amazing staff who go above and beyond for you. Want to say a big thank you to Julie and An for making our stay here so memorable.
