First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

I rarely give out a perfect score, but with First Hoianese, I will need to make an exception. An and Julie are great ambassadors for your hotel and for the city of Hoi An. Their recommendations and assistance made my stay in Hoi An, the highlight of my 6 weeks in Vietnam. The coffee making and lantern making workshops were sooo much fun, and I will fondly remember Hoi An whenever I wear one of my "Be Be" custom-tailored linen shirts! One thing that also stood out for me about An and Julie in our interactions was their genuine sincerity and warmth. I really appreciated their help. The facilities at First Hoianese easily measure up to the many boutique hotels I have stayed in. The bed and linens were comfortable and invited me in after long days of exploring this magical city. The cotton towels were soft and fluffy, the water pressure in the shower was epicly strong, and the room was impeccably clean. So clean, in fact, that I felt comfortable doing my stretching and push-up routine on the floor without a yoga mat (I cannot say that about India!).

This hotel is very good, with very friendly staff and good location close to the main attractions. The room was large and nice with the balcony. The breakfast is exceptional, you can choose from the menu what you would like to eat and drink. Recommend!

The staff were very helpful and earnest, I was always greeted by the most enthusiastic smiles by Julie and Ann each time I came across them. Location was great, along a quiet street but close enough to the old town, just a few minutes walk needed.

We loved our stay at first Hoianese hotel. Julia was amazing throughout our stay and helped us arrange the walking tour and transfers to the airport. The hotel is in a great location quieter than the old town but only a short walk away. The free walking tour was really informative and a nice way to learn about Hoi An’s history. Would recommend 100%

Nice stay overall, but card payments would be more convenient.

El personal era muy agradable y el mejor pancake que he probado con banana y chocolate esta en este hotel, increíble la cocinera, súper amigable.

La ducha se salia el agua un poco y olia muy fuerte como a liquido de antimosquitos. Tuvimos que guardar el ambientador. Pero son cosas menores.

Above and Beyond expectations . Staff cares. Shout out to An❤️

The property is close to the ancient village of Hoi Ann and close to lots of restaurants, ATM and if you like thrifting or vintage shopping, there are about 3 stores that are near too. The staff are very amazing will support you during your stay. Anh, Julie and Ting ting are friendly and very professional! Anh personally helped me with recommendations where to eat and get a massage, even located my eyedrops that i forgot in my room. So truly truly enjoyed my stay here!
