The location was fantastic ,just a short walk from the Old Town and all amenities close by. The cleaners were cheerful and kept the hotel spotless

My daughter and I arrived well before check in and we were warmly welcomed by Julie, Arriving a bit flustered we were greeted with a cool water and a comfortable seat, Julie and An helped us plan some interesting things to do throughout our stay and some excellent recommendations for tailoring and shoe making. Our stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was super easy, close to the old town but still accessible by car or bike all hours. Clean, great water pressure in the shower, and a super comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again, the free walking tour with Cindy is a must

The only thing perhaps is there is no lift, but the staff were more than happy to help with luggage up the one flight of stairs to our room.

Our stay was excellent! The room was very clean and spacious. Julie, Ann and Tin at the reception were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The lady making our breakfast Xuan also was very nice. I definitely recommend!
