First Hoianese Center Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

GREAT QUALITY-PRICE. The hotel is very centrally located, in the vicinity of the old town (1 street away) but without being in the hassle and bustle meaning it is very quiet to sleep in. The receptions Julie and Anne went above and beyond during your check in and stay to ensure you get all the information to enjoy Hoi An - from tailors, to restaurants and tours. I cannot express the wealth of information that was provided, we found it incredibly useful to guide our stay and shopping experience. The hotel prides in providing a cultural experience and we can attest to that. The room was spacious, clean, with lovely amenities, daily complimentary water and good air con. The breakfast was a highlight, served at the roof top terrace overlooking the city. There is a wide selection to chose from, cooked in the moment for you . We have already recommended this hotel to friends who will be travelling at the end of the year. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Everything from location to staff. It was clean and had comfortable beds. An was very friendly and we even got a farewell gift.

The fact, that there was no elevator and there were some rough finishings in the bathroom (cracked tiles on the walls), but nothing to bother us that much. Also we got help with luggage when we checked in.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Nahe der Altstadt aber ohne den Trubel und die Lautstärke. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen, was ich so gebraucht habe. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett gemütlich und es war immer frisches Wasser da.

Hoianese is arguably the cleanest and most spacious hotel I've stayed in Vietnam. The location is convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is sufficient and delicious, providing all the necessary nutrients. The receptionists, Julie and Ann, were especially helpful and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. You can talk to them about anything you need. They gave us a complimentary room as we are a family. They recommended nice places to eat delicious food and drink local coffee. Even though Xuan, who served breakfast, didn't speak English, you could communicate with her very well. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You can stay here with complete peace of mind

The best thing about this place was their staff An, Julie and Hannah who were exceptional! We were so happy with the wonderful hospitality from the start! An; our wonderful receptionist welcomed us with a beautiful smile and gave us such a detailed itinerary we didn't have to check elsewhere. She was so approachable and friendly and she made us feel at home. We missed her even when we flew to our next destination because she stood out in comparison and she truly is a diamond for this centre. We had the best food in Hoi An because An recommended us to this noodle shop we will never be able to forget the food was delicious!!! We are super grateful to Julie and Hannah for resolving our issue with the next flight. We had issues with the flight changes but Julie and Hannah both called the airlines on our behalf and resolved the issue. We wanted to say our personal thanks to them before leaving but since we had to leave so early we couldn't meet them which still makes us sad. We want to Thank the girls from the bottom of our hearts because without them we would not be able to fly to our next destination. Thank you so much ladies you guys are all fantastic beautiful inside out! We will always remember all of you whenever we think of Vietnam! Your hospitality and warmth will never be forgotten and always missed! The centre itself is in such a great location, the other staff in the hotel were also so lovely always smiling and super approachable. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff, An and Julie, were delightful, very helpful, and always attentive. We really appreciated their knowledge and passion for the culture and history of Hoi An. This really enriched our experience! Would highly recommend attending the history talk and walking tour during your stay!
