comfy beds, good curtains for privacy, great location, beautiful garden. I loved the place and will definitely come back again!

It has a lot of unused potential, because the Café and the Bar are sadly closed.

The hostel consists of 2 dorm rooms and bathrooms in a prefab building at the back of a large unkept yard. There are no locks on either the building or the room so anyone could wander in at any point. the cafe is permanently closed and there are no social spaces. Staff were mostly unavailable and not overly friendly.

Walking distance to anywhere important in Pai. Quiet location. Good for 1 or 2 nights

Very cool location with a big green garden and not too many people in one room.

Some more details like soap in the bathroom or laundry machine would be nice. Otherwise very good stay with friendly people

Excellent location, walking distance to everything in main centre of Pai. Room was clean, modern and decent size with strong AC. Bed was comfy and even top bunk was private and easy to access. Wi-fi was hit and miss.

My stay at Pai My Way was pleasant, although not trouble free. I was delayed a day and there was no way to change my booking dates without cancelling altogether, and given the busy period in which I was travelling I did not want to do as there was very limited alternate accommodation in town. I emailed the property directly to let them know I would not be there the first night, but would there the 2nd night. I received no response from the hostel. Upon arrival I was told they gave away my bed as I didn't show up, dispute me emailing them to let them know. The staff were insistent that I emailed the wrong person and never received anything, even after me confirming the email address I sent the email to was correct. After a lot of back and forth with the staff and the owner on the phone, I ended up being able to stay but only as they gave me someone else's bed. Which means there was someone else in my boat to show up later in the afternoon. Bathrooms were either not clean or completely wet from being cleaned and water splashed all over. Toilet paper was lacking most of the time or in short supply. This hostel has the potential to be excellent, but the closed cafe, lack of common area and staff attitudes pull it down. Overall not terrible, but it wouldn't take much effort to take it that much better.
