Local Hostel Amed

Did not like one thing about this place. Worst hostel experience in 30 years of travel

I came off a scooter they had arranged for me to rent and when explaining to the owner what had happened he just LAUGHED at everything I told him. Then when I asked if I could book one more night to help with my recovery he said "you, no!" despite there being spare beds. I had to limp to a hotel down at Amed Beach to spend the rest of my time here and I'm FURIOUS with the way the owner treated me after my accident! He's an absolute p. o. s meaning this place is to be avoided at all costs

1). Price (Very reasonable). 2). Professional, pleasant friendly owner. 3). Sturdy, comfortable thick-curtained bunks with own light, ph-charging and warm blanket. 4). Simple tasty menu. 5). 5-minute scooter-ride to the beach.

price was cheap and affordable

- the AC was not working ( like it is on but not cooling ) u go outside the room and it is cooler outside than inside - washrooms where soo Dirty - beds where shaky and very uncomfortable
