"Agréable guesthouse"

Agréable guesthouse sans chichis en bordure du Nil. Le personnel est gentil et réactif aux diverses demandes. On a pu déguster un bon et copieux repas nubien 😋 Tout était plutôt propre 👌 L'établissement propose un service de nettoyage de linge pour 20 EGP par vêtement. L'accès à l'île éléphantine se fait via le ferry qui coûte 15 EGP / personne.

La salle de bain privée était minuscule par contre. On peut se laver les mains et faire pipi en même temps 😂 Et l'évier fuyait un peu. Attention aux moustiques 🦟 Prévoyez un produit adapté. Un bâtiment est en construction juste en face, donc la vue sur le Nil est légèrement obstruée (elle reste très sympathique) et c'est bruyant en journée à cause des travaux 🚧

Sekos house is on perfect spot on the island of elephantine where you can get easily with 2 public ferryes gor 15EGP .It has a terace wih wiev of nile. send dunes and old monastery.. theres some food and drinks avsilible and shop fownstairs .

Amazing view of the River Nile. It was also pretty clean!

The shower was really weak, it was hard to shower with no pressure.

Can’t get better value for your money on Elephantine Island. Comfortable, clean (no bed bugs!) private rooms, with aircon. Gorgeous rooftop view of the Nile. Seko was a hospitable host, always available for questions on WhatsApp, welcoming me with some tea and also helping me with the logistics of my stay when I was very tired and tight on time during the day.
