Clean and positive staff, very helpful

It was clean and there were no bugs because you are not allowed to eat in the rooms.

It is just kind of thrown together. Left over vibes. Things missing from the room, no top sheet, just an old fleece blanket. The TV is off in a corner where you can't really see it. Internet barely work inside the room, maybe half the time.

Somehow quiet at night (except aircon) Not far for the center of the city if you use motorbike Bed is ok but are getting old

Air con noise and no temperature setting. Warm wake me up every night. No motorbike available but there is near. No clean up for 4 days. No really clean at the beginning.

I booked this place very last minute for the new years eve and had low expectations, yet it turned out to be better then I expected. It is a simple facility but it is very well managed. Everything works, room is spotless clean, the owner is very attentive. I had a surprisingly comfortable stay. Very good value for money.

the staff - very friendly and accommodating.

Nice basic accomodation if you are on a budget. The lady running the guesthouse is friendly and always ready to help. She invited to a local party which was quite fun. You can rent a motorbike during your stay.

Water pressure in the shower was not enough, for this reason most of the time you need to shower with fresh water. AC is pretty loud, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.
