We loved our stay at AMK. It was the perfect budget, no frills option for our time in Siquijor. The room was clean, tidy and quiet - it had everything you needed in it. You even have free coffee on your balcony, which is refreshed each day. The lady running it is so lovely and warm too. The hotel is located in the heart of San Juan, so you have plenty of food and drink options around. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Siquijor.

Price performance. Clean room. There’s everything what you need. Location is great. Across the street is pretty good coffee shop. You can rent motorcycle and ride around.

Great location

Fridge was thick with mould Wi-Fi was very intermittent The accom advertises a shared communal/TV area for guests. This is not true as it was occupied by at least one or two members of the family running the accom throughout our stay. They did not invite us to join them or acknowledge us so we did not feel very welcome throughout our stay. Tuktuk service to Larena is charged at 800pesos. Don’t use AMK for this - it’s too much we paid around 500 to a local tuktuk instead

The location was pretty good, beach wasnt too far away. There was hot water in the rooms. Renting scooters was also easy from there.

The bathroom's water tap was broken as well as the light in the terrace. The staff told us they would fix them next day but they didn't fix anything before we asked about it. They fixed the light but not the water tap. We were there three nights so it was pretty inconvenient for us.:/ There was also one cockroach in the bedroom. And there wasnt any internet connection working in our accommodation, maybe because our room was the farthest.

Very friendly staff, a lady even said happy birthday to me. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice balcony area. Bikes available to rent also

Great value for money !!

Low water pressure

A quiet and clean spot with all the amenities such as aircon and tea and coffee to ensure a comfortable stay. Was also able to arrange an easy transfer from the port which was much appreciated. Thank you!

I had the last room available which had little natural light coming in and came with a sort of half front porch which was not quite as roomy or nice as the others. Overall still great nights sleep and good value.
