Nous avons choisi cet hostel pour faire le tour du désert. Le guide Carlos était super, le tour était très agréable et bien organisé hormis le bus qui est vraiment très peu confortable alors que les trajets sont nombreux. Bon rapport qualité prix pour le tour, pas l’hostel.

Nous avons tous les deux choppé un impétigo (infection de la peau) dans les draps de cet hostel dont nous avons du mal à nous défaire. Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans les douches. Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique.

The day staff had an excellent attitude towards us. The hotel had comfortable, budget conscious rooms. They arranged a tour to a hidden waterfall that we followed and swam at.

Neiva itself is not attractive, however, the location of the hostel was walking distance to a street with good food choices. For instance a Japanese style Rami house. Never could find a good coffee here.

The desert tour they offer was definitely the highlight of the stay, and guests get a nice discount when booking through the hostel, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Overall, it’s very affordable, and I would stay here again

The Staff was excellent, very helpful and welcoming during check in. Helped me order food, called the taxi. The hostel was super clean, breakfast was good, eggs, toast and banana. The AC in the dorms was great.
