the hostel is neat, close to D1 grocery store, cheap nice breakfast

terrible attitude from the staff. the girl at the reception does everything to sell you the tour, even LYING that i "wouldnt make it to the the desert myself because on Sunday there're LITERALLY no transportation" LOL. very cocky and bratty. i manage accommodation services all my life and i fire these kind of people after their first attempt to speak condescendingly and mockingly with the guests. Check-in took forever, some math class is needed, I had to show her on calculator how much is the change from my bill, it was literally 2+2 thing and it's not what i want to deal with at 11pm when i just need to take a shover and fall right into my bed asap

Le personnel a été aux petits soins : ils ont arrangé un trajet de Villavieja à Neiga pour nous (40k cop par personne) et le propriétaire nous a même déposés à l’aéroport le lendemain matin car nous ne trouvions aucun taxi (moyennant un paiement bien sûr). A part cela, la chambre est fonctionnelle et le lit est très grand, ce qui est un plus. Très bon rapport qualité/prix dans l’ensemble.

Manque d’intimité car la « fenêtre » de la chambre donne sur le couloir où tout le monde passe.

Le personnel était plus que adorable. Nous avons partagé une bière le soir et avons beaucoup discuté. Le tour était génial, le guide super sympa également. Les chambres étaient simples mais confortable avec la clim.

En el staff fue inmejorable, el trato que tuvimos en general, empezando con la chica que trabajaba en horarios de mañanas nos ayudó y aportó toda la información que pedimos, también el resto del staff ya que hasta el último momento nos trataron súper bien, te hacen sentir como en casa!! Gracias 🫶🏻
