1918’s HOSTEL

First time in a hostel, we were delighted, the common area is very clean and very pretty. The female dormitory was also very good and not many people during our stay. And in addition it is very well located and the staff is very nice.

Very nice hostel. Pretty building. Comfortable rooms and all is clean. Friendly staff. Great location.

The blankets in the beds are small. I’m tall and it didn’t cover my whole body. Because the a/c was cold I was a little cold during the night. Should have toilet paper in the cubicles - as opposed to one big roll outside the cubicles.

First of all the staff is amazingly nice, thank you so much for such amazing welcoming vibe. The dorm is super clean and peaceful (low season, I was mostly alone in it). Location is perfect. I highly recomend it!

Wow this place is so good! Super clean, spacious dorms with really high ceilings. Other dorms tend to squash you in so being here was so luxurious. Lots of space for bags, open and airy bathrooms, soap, free towels, large and bright common space, friendly staff. Beds have good privacy curtains, plugs, and soft glow personal lights. Aircon was perfect, not freezing and not hot. Real cotton sheets too so you’re not sticking to the bed. Hostels with polyester sheets kill me. haha. I wish the standard at this hostel was normal. My only gripe is one of the male toilets didn’t have a toilet seat. Not sure why this is a thing in Laos.

No bum gun in the toilets.
