"Probably the best place to stay in Pakse"

- Nice building and inside decoration - Clean and well maintained place - Comfortable beds - Numerous toilets and showers - Kind and helpful staff - Convenient location, in the heart of the city, yet it's not on the main road so it's not too noisy.

A bit more expensive than other options, but it's way higher in terms of quality and comfort.

Nothing, the door was locked, and nobody opened the door to let me in . Now they want to charge me for a bed I never even saw much less slept in.

Loved this place, with its super-friendly staff; heritage vibe; airy communal central area; good-sized, comfortable bed with socket and light; free towel use; free drinking water, instant hot drinks, bananas and other snacks; and excellent location.

The shower I had was cold. Could have been a one-off though: the weather was broiling so I didn't mind, and I didn't ask about it.

"Exceptional"

Value for money is great. Location is perfect around the interesting places, staff is super nice and you get a banana in the morning plus tea, they have lockers and hot shower. Rooms were clean.

Nice common area with a cute design, very good location

24/7 hour reception doesn't work properly, one night I couldn't enter as the door was looked and nobody was reachable.
