Staff was super friendly, but that is the positives.

When we arrived to the hostel, and I was going to sleep I saw bedbug walking on my sheets. After that I checked under the mattress and there was several dead & alive bedbugs. Staff was helpful and moved us to another room which seemed to be ok, and at least we didnt find any signs of bugs. But there has also been many other reviews in google/tripadwisor/booking about bedbugs and I am pissed of that this hostel does not react severely enough to this issue. Also room had weird odour, the window was leaking and we got lot of noises from outside, and hygiene was not good in the bathrooms/showers - there should be more cleaning. I think this hostel has been one of the best in 10 years ago, and common areas had a great vibe. But nowadays its sad that they have an issue with bedbugs and hygiene. And when we told about bedbugs staff didnt even seem to be suprised. In the end, I will not come back. And before this hostel takes these issues seriously, neither should you.

Nice bar area. Rooms are good. Meets expectations of a hostel.

The location wasn't the absolute best - but not a long walk to get to the best parts of the city (this is subjective). Not a big issue.

La localisation idéale et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le logement manque de propreté et l’isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend absolument tout. Dans la chambre, il n’y a pas de rideaux, donc la lumière du jour et celle des lampadaires entrent en permanence. Les lits sont inconfortables et donnent une impression de saleté, avec des taches de moisissure visibles. L’air est étouffant, il fait beaucoup trop chaud et humide, et une odeur désagréable persiste — même mes vêtements propres ont fini par en être imprégnés.

Nice and well kept. Nice outdoor area. Good kitchen.

No elevator, No AC. Very noisy at night since in the lively bar district.

Casa de banho não é das melhores nem das mais limpas

Sólo estuve una noche, pero el personal fue muy agradable, y la ubicación es perfecta para llegar al centro caminando. Las habitaciones están bien, y tienen un enchufe cerca de la cama. La zona de terraza y bar son bonitos.

La temperatura de las duchas no se regula bien, y cuesta encontrar un secador de pelo que funcione
