Das Personal super nett und entgegenkommend. Bar und Garten sind nett ausgestattet, man hätte kochen können.

im Garten war schwer eine nicht rauchende Ecke zu finden. da es sehr heiss war und den ganzen Tag mit Reise verbracht hatte hätte ich mich gerne draussen hingesetzt. Ich war unter dem Dach untergebracht das Fenster war viel und die Klimaanlage zu klein und schwach und hat hinten sich gar nicht merken lassen. Bei Temperaturen über 35 Grad ist eine Zumutung Treppenhaus stahlgelände und Tür waren sehr laut. Für meine Altersgruppe(57) nicht gut geeignet, es sei denn jmd will Party feiern, denn ich wollte schlafen(ich bin Pilgerin) und mein Bett=nachbarn= war sehr betrunken und hat in der Nacht meine Sachen von der Kommode durcheinader geschmissen und da das Bett zu nah lag, so konnte ich seine Fahne riechen.

Muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso a la línea del metro y del tren.

I stayed at this hostel, which is advertised through Booking. I ended up in the pharmacy due to a bedbug infestation; I have bites all over my body, legs, arms, stomach (and other parts I prefer not to mention). The fact is that this accommodation has reviews on booking.com for more than 6 months where clients warn that the hostel has bedbugs and share photographs of the insects and the infestation—something I discovered only after finishing my stay. Both Booking and the Hostel are aware of the existence of this bedbug infestation for over half a year, and despite this, they continue renting rooms to tourists as if nothing were happening. This could spread the infestation to other areas due to their irresponsibility, causing physical harm and health risks to their guests. Reactions to bedbug bites are very individual, sometimes appearing up to two weeks after being bitten, meaning that many more guests have probably been affected. At the time of leaving the apartment they might have shown no symptoms but later developed bites days or weeks after their stay, potentially carrying the bedbugs with them to their homes or other places in the peninsula and the continent. I demand compensation for damages and lost clothing, which we had to throw away to prevent spreading the infestation with us.
