The location is good, in the center, the interior is beautiful, there is everything you need both in the kitchen and in the rooms.

After booking, I asked when the registration was open, and the answer was "Dear Dalia, please note that our reception is not open 24 hours. Reception hours: 10:30–17:30 (10:30am-5:30pm)". I actually arrived at 4.26 and tried to press the buttons at "door 2" for a long time to get someone from the reception to let me in... finally I opened the letter with instructions on how to enter. Everything was clear. It's like nothing, but not very accurate information is not pleasant.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, direkt am Domplatz. Perfekt.

Das Zimmer war im dritten Stock und es gab keinen Aufzug.

Location, room, bed, etc are all very good. But I want to highlight the support from the staff for sending us clear instructions for late check-in, and for suggesting the change of rooms so me and my friend can stay next to each other. The rooms we stayed are very convenient to get to the shower, toilet, kitchen & common room, and even have excellent view to the Dome Square. Despite the location, it was really quiet at night. The number of doors to get through also give a great security.
