Central Hostel

Best hostel to stay in Sheki. Great facilities, nice cafe and very helpful staff. A stray dog bit me in a park in Sheki and one of the staff was kind enough to accompany me to the hospital and help with all the language translation and getting the rabies vaccine. Sheki is a lovely little town but be careful of the dogs!

Excellent location, lovely clean and new looking hostel, spacious dorms, great cafe attached. No atmosphere unfortunately.

Definietly the best hostel which i stayed at during my trip around Azerbejian. Really clean and comfortable, stuff is very helpful and know a basic english, which is not obvious in the country. Food in hostel's coffe shop is tasty and cheap

It's maybe a little far from main attractions - it takes around 20 minutes to go to the Palace - but on the other side, it is at the actual city centre

The kitchen had opening hours and I had to leave some food in the fridge, because it was still closed at 8 in the morning when I was leaving :(

Excellent location, spacious rooms, staff were very helpful. The facilities were great, nice and modern and kept very clean.

The sensor lighting in the toilets are very quick to shut off.

Loved staying at Central Hostel! It’s got everything you need and is in a great spot. There’s a market nearby, and if you’re planning to visit Sheki Khan Palace or the Kish Albanian Church, the bus stop is super close. Super convenient and comfy—definitely recommend it!

Wasn't happy with my check-in at Central Hostel. The guy at reception asked not just for my passport but also demanded a printout of my e-visa. Then he started asking where I came from and checked all my passport stamps like it was an interrogation. Felt uncomfortable. No one else in Azerbaijan asked such questions.

Good Location

Kitchen is not easygoing, and public area is less, and only can go to the cafe downstairs for breakfast and coffee.

The place was clean, quiet and well maintained. The hostels were friendly and very accommodating. I had a wonderful night there. Would highly recommend!

Central location between Old Town and bus station. There's a café in the hostel. The rooms are comfy. The hostel is clean. Staff is friendly, even if they don't speak good English.

No common area, or together with the café. Some guests spoke loud in the showers and I could hear them from the dorm.
