Central Hostel

The location is excellent, right in city center and easy to find. The dorm has kept clean and with your own lockers and enough space. Each bed has its own socket and lighting. The bathroom has enough shower room and toilet. The manager and staff are kind and helpful.

1. Facilities: Separate female and male areas with their own toilets and showers, which was convenient and clean. 2. Comfort: The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I stayed in a two-bed dorm that was bright, spacious, and cozy. 3. Location: The location was perfect—restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets were just a few minutes' walk away. Despite being central, it was quiet enough that I had no trouble sleeping.

1. Kitchen: I only used the fridge, as the cooking facilities appeared older than me and were not appealing to use. Compared to kitchens in other hostels, this one was very poor. I recommend renovating the kitchen and upgrading the appliances (especially the stove and sink), or simply not offering kitchen access at all. 2. Staff: The staff never smiled, but this might be more of a cultural difference than a personal issue. 3. Security: At check-in and in the dorms, there are signs clearly stating that the hostel assumes no liability for stolen items. I found it odd how strongly this was emphasized. The dorm room doors are not locked and no keys are provided, so theoretically anyone could walk in. Only a key to your own locker is provided. The lockers were spacious but not particularly secure—it would probably take less than a minute to break the lock.

Comfortable bed, lockers in the room, clean bathroom, kitchen available. Overall clean.

The lounge area was not very comfortable or welcoming. I assume they expect people to go chill in the connected Cafe.

Very clean and neat. The interior is beautiful and you can have nice coffees and teas downstairs. The staff was helpful as well.

Large lockers, towels included, separated by men and women and the breakfast at the associated cafe was amazing - recommend the set with tomato/egg. Great value and staff were amazing - very helpful but also very friendly and passionate.

Staff, cleanliness, location, bed comfort, facilities, atmosphere - everything is excellent.

There is nothing for which I can complain.
