This property is really nice and comfortable near this place have few nice restaurants and markets .everybody is friendly and helpful. I am definitely gonna come back again

Отличный хостел, в который хочется возвращаться! Очень уютная атмосфера, чувствуешь себя как дома. Просторная кухня, большой телевизор для отдыха, и отдельный плюс — невероятно дружелюбная хозяйка. Рекомендую!

Забронировала место в 2х местном номере. Несмотря на наличие свободных комнат, хозяйка поставила перед выбором: либо заселяться в номер с незнакомым мужчиной, либо в общий 7местный. Это было в грубой и ультимативной форме. Таким образом, заплатив за 2х местный номер, я жила в 7местном. В этот же номер заселили туристическую группу. Между собой они громко разговаривали, включали музыку, шумели т.д Отдохнуть было очень сложно. Наверное, в таких ситуациях (когда в комнате туристическая группа и 1 посторонний человек) можно предлагать альтернативные варианты. Еще из минусов: постоянные проблемы с замками на шкафчиках, обсуждение гостей при них же и тд. Создалось впечатление, что комфорт гостей здесь на последнем месте.

This isn't my first time staying at this hostel, and I like everything about it. It's a good value for the money.

Zero social vibes, seems like the entire family lives on site, often hanging out watching movies in the evening and it felt like we’re intruding their space/home. Not very friendly to us, although it could just be a language barrier. We checked out right at 11am, but got kicked out from the lounge room 2 hours later while we were trying to sort out some private issues back home. There weren’t many guests in the hostel but somehow the shower is always occupied? Only 1 shower, 2 toilets. Though looks like they’re adding another shower downstairs. Our Private room was downstairs, right next to the smoking area which was not kind to my lungs. The room windows looked right into the walkway so we had to keep it shut all the time. The money paid wasn’t justified in services and cleanliness.

My favourite hostel in Almaty!! Super quiet, very stylish and comfortable room, common area and kitchen. Totally recommended.
