짐 보관 절대 절대 안됨. 돈 줘도 안됨. 70개국 여행하면서 처음 봄. 도난때문이라는데 숙소에 있었을때도 도난 사건 있었음. 리뷰 보니까 종종 도난 사건이 있는듯. 리뷰말대로 불친절.

The location is perfect, there is AC In the room, the beds are comfortable and gives a little sense of privacy. The facilites are well maintained and there are always house keeping staff to look after them. There is laundry which is excellent, the kitchen is ideal, and the hostel is very spacious and nice

The staff can be rude sometimes, specially one of the house keeping ladies, someone tell her she will get a heart attack one of these days, just chill please. Also it would be great if the hostel can provide better toilet paper, it doesn’t cost much and adds to the experience There are only 3 toilets in the whole hostel!!! This is just NOT enough. You guys need to do something about it. The hostel can be pricy for a bed bunk on a 14 beds dorm

Nice, tastefully designed, modern facility, the nicest kitchen I've seen in any hostel in Almaty and cozy common areas, including a terrace and courtyard with a view onto the river. Friendly, helpful staff, especially the woman on the first and fourth nights, who was lovely. Wonderfully clean. It is a bit away from the sights but near a metro station and bus 92 to the airport, and there are grocery stores, restaurants and even a fresh market within walking distance. Nice big lockers to put your stuff in. For the price it's excellent value and if I ever go back to Almaty this is where I would stay.

The bunk beds creak at the slightest movement - if there's someone on the bed above you you may have trouble sleeping. Only one bathroom and shower for 14 beds - even at half occupancy you often had to wait. There's a Chinese mother and young daughter staying long term in the dorm - the mother seems to expect other guests and staff to babysit her daughter, who could be quite loud and disruptive.

I have never stayed in such a stingy hostel. 11$ per night is a normal price for a dormitory, but they charge for towels and luggage storage. They even let guests set their own sheets and pillowcases. And there were hairs left on the sheets and mattress.

I sent several messages in English before check-in, but all were ignored. I then sent them in Russian and they got right back to me. Ignoring messages from guests because they don't understand? Do you want to make it easy for yourself by making us use a translation app? When I asked if there was a fee for paying by credit card, they replied "I don't know🤷", making fun of the guest. I asked him how much it is but he never answered. Also he said card payment is unacceptable at night. But when checking in at night, it was possible to pay with card with no commission. Who was that rude lying message from?
