There was warm water, the atmosphere was nice and welcoming

The breakfast was quite plain and not enough, so people (and us) brought their own fruits and avocados. There was also low pressure in the shower.

Very neat and clean place. Good value for money. Shoutout to the hostel staff who were very polite and helpful.

The only thing that is really good about this place is the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

generally the buildings were old, had mold and partically gross. The bedroom was very moist and the walls partially black (very likely mold). Bathrooms were small and the toilet was next to the shower without any separation. The kitchen was fully of flies and outside.

Everyone was really nice and the vibe was very chill

From the moment I walked into the compound, the reception was amazing. From the cute little puppy welcoming you to the compound to the warm welcome from Nas and the other hosts, it was just amazing. The location was just perfect. 5km from the city centre, the neighbouring community was friendly and welcoming. If you would like to have the hosts assist you with your itinerary, don't fear asking, Tanzanians are just an awesome bunch. Yes, I recommend you visit the place, it is very pocket-friendly and you will find almost everything you need around the area.

The wifi connectivity is a bit slow, but I don't mind that much since it's best to just go and indulge in conversations so as to understand how the area operates.

It's such a nice hostel. In the middle of the village and you get great options for local food and bars just outside. A bit far from town but you can take a bajaji for only 5000 Tsh

The pool was not really clean

I stayed here before and after my safari. I booked a mixed dorm room but on arrival they upgraded me to a double private room which was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! All of the team are very nice and helpful, and will go out of their way to assist you! Very responsive to message! They let me leave my backpack there whilst I went on safari! Short ride to town, and metres from a small store to buy drinks! The hostel has a lovely family feel and a very cute small dog! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great value for money, decent size rooms, a little out of town but handy with a car as has secured parking. Friendly staff, would stay again.
