The room was clean, with a good space. Comfy bed, towels. Location is the best, nearby kilombero and the big muzungu market Shoppers.

No hot water, some problems with payment. Service has to improve.

Comfy compact hostel in easy to reach location handy to many services and shops. Great staff. Really friendly. Bathroom modern and spotless.

The rooms are small if all 4 beds are occupied, and there is limited locker space. There is a tiny water heater for showers so could be a very long wait if there are 8 people in residence. The choice of high volume shower heads is out of whack for the hw available.

I loved the place so amazing 🤩,the host very welcoming it's near the road ,the view is beautiful,the lady is good too 😻,I met other solo travellers,it was fun .I will come back soon ❣️.

Amazing place to stay for the night if you need to be in town. The people are really friendly and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had an awful experience at Mufasa City Hostel and Apartments during my stay from September 8 to September 9, 2024. Here are the main reasons why I strongly advise against staying here: No Hot Water: There was no hot water in the shower throughout my stay. I reported this to the property, but they did nothing to resolve the issue, leaving me with no choice but to take cold showers. Unbearable Noise Levels: The property had loud music and disruptive noise well past midnight. Despite my complaints, nothing was done to stop it, making it impossible to get any sleep. No Response from Management: The property completely ignored my messages, both during and after my stay. I followed up several times and received no help or apology for the situation. False Advertising: The lack of hot water and excessive noise make this property unlivable, despite the amenities they advertise. The pictures and description are misleading, and the management is unresponsive when problems arise. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a property listed on Booking.com. I have been a Genius Level 3 customer for over ten years and have never encountered such poor service. The property is not only unreliable, but it also does not meet the basic expectations of comfort and hospitality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are far better options out there where you will be treated with respect and receive the basic amenities you pay for.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Richard and his team were very welcoming. Nice view of Mount Meru from the terrace. 15 mins drive to the airport. 5 min walk to a big supermarket

None of the taxi drivers seemed to know where it was.

I loved staying at this hostel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My backpack was missing for 8 days (airport issue) and the manager Richard helped me sooo much. Calling for days while I was away in a Safari and kept me updated. Highly recommended hostel. Location, great terrace, very clean, strong WIFI!!!

Loved this hotel. They had clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were always kind. Also nice facilities like a restaurant and laundry. The incredible value and convenient location makes for a nice short stay in Arusha. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting!

Water in the shower goes cold after a couple of minutes. Just have to turn it off for a minute and back on. Also sometimes it can be noisy outside (busy road).
