The location was very convenient and the staff very friendly and helpful. I really loved the location and the staff were really warm and friendly.

There was some miscommunication over my payment. While the room was discounted to TZS14,000 on booking.com + TZS4,000 city tax. My payment on booking.com was unsuccessful, but I was surprised when I was asked to pay more than TZS20,000 on arrival. It would be useful to have been contacted in advance to have been prepared.

Mina was absolutely amazing she helped me with everything and really made my stay in Arusha. Her help was invaluable to me, especially as a solo female traveller. The place was also spotlessly clean and so comfortable!

The staff were super friendly. They knew my name, allowed me to check in early and check out late. They were so helpful with any of my questions. My room (Simba!) was spotlessly clean. The bed super comfortable, and I didn't need to use the fan or the air-conditioning. I got a great, quiet night's sleep. Breakfast is good with a nice omelette and real filter coffee🤩, all on the roof terrace with a great city view. Using the washing machine was cheap, fast, and made everything clean and lovely again. And there's a place for a great massage 2 minutes walk away (Big Time Spa)

We (we are a couple) spent 2 nights at Mufasa city Hostel and Apartments. The hotel is in a good location. Easy to get to from the airport and quickly reach the city center, supermarket and restaurant. There are opportunities to eat and drink in the area. A very nice lady from the staff prepares tasty breakfasts. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. I highly recommend it. Pawel

Wonderful place located in Arusha center near to main road, but quiet and peaceful at the same time. Friendly owner, who will support you always. Breakfast taste like at home. Recommend a lot.
