Mufasa city Apartments

Just perfect!

Excellent stay but I was the only one in my area so it was so very comfortable and a most enjoyable stay. However, there was barely enough hot water for a shower and couldn't shower self and wash my hair so not sure how it would be if all the beds in the area were full. The ladies that caretake the place are helpful and keep it spotlessly clean It has a great rooftop area.

Not enough hot water for a shower. Wifi and power outages can be difficult to deal with eg. if clothes washing. All else was great.

The apartment was spotless, the cleanest we’ve seen in Arusha! Bed was very comfortable and the lounge area with sofa, tv and kitchen made for a very comfortable base. Washer and dryer were also available which was convenient. A reasonable 15 min walk to a good mall for coffee, food and supermarket. Wifi was fast and mostly reliable as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. A secure and safe building, and known for easy food delivery. Highly recommend!

The shower had a 6L hot water tank only which is very little so you need to be very careful with how much hot water you use. Lights were a bit dim for night time. Stairs only but not a problem for us. At times a little noisy late at night/early morning.

Everything is good

This is the cleanest hostel I’ve ever visited in Africa! Great location — within walking distance to a supermarket, local market, and the bus station. WiFi was solid, around 30 to 40 Mbps. I was able to use the kitchen. Laundry service is available, and they also accept card payments. Hot water was always available too. Highly recommend!

No plug next to my bed

The building seems new and the flats are well appointed and clean. This is also one of the few places with both a washer and a dryer, very helpful for pre and post safari trips. The location is central but not very walkable (no paved sidewalk) and there is some noise coming from the outside (however I did sleep well).
