Дуже хороший персонал. Почувалися спокійно і вільно. Є все необхідне. Було чисто.

The old lady with glasses and wrinkled face was not friendly at all. She was screaming at me when I asked if I could pay with credit card. When she took me to the dormitory to show me my bed she just threw me the bedsheets almost on my face. I also asked about the key for the locker and she was even more rude. There was no water during the day, not able to shower, the toilet was full of poop because it couldn’t be flushed and people keep using it. Hostel is difficult to find, it is located inside a parking complex. It took me 30 mins to find it. You must click the number 26 both numbers at the same time in order to open the gate. The address given on the reservation is WRONG. You will never find such street because it doesn’t exist. The correct address is Вулиця Европейська 13A VERY IMPORTANT: beds are so narrow. Same size as the ones on the trains. All mattresses are too soft, you can feel the springs pushing against your bones. I tried different beds and all are the same. If you are overweight for sure you will sink on it.

The old wrinkled face lady with a bad attitude. Doesn’t know how to treat people at all. I didn’t like her treatment towards me. I am never coming back to this hostel again. Hostel is hidden behind that gate. Address on reservation is wrong Beds are uncomfortable. You feel the springs in all mattresses I paid for a second night but at the end I decided to move to another hostel in the evening. I didn’t make a problem for paying and not staying. I let them keep the money. No water during the day.
