Good location. The receptionist gave me a better bed after requesting it.

Everyone from outside can see what you do in the bathroom, beds are not strong enough, they are not safe or comfortable for people who weigh more kg, the only place I've stayed in where the receptionist didn't want to keep my luggage for the rest of the day and was visibly upset for asking about this.

The lady working there was always speaking, so sternly seem to be arguing, maybe yelling at the staff. At least, sounded very harsh and even though I’ve stayed there many many nights on several different trips and three nights this time, I had already checked out on time and was sitting in the empty sofa room, trying to figure out where to stay next, since there was some confusion with my booking there, for that current night. She basically kicked me out very rudely. There was no need to treat me so rudely I felt like never coming back there again because of how I was treated by this grumpy women that seem to have a old Soviet Union mentality and not a Customer service Consideration.

Good location mostly quiet.

Cooktop was a little confusing, and only one burner worked. But it worked for us.
