Good location, warm and friendly staff and people

The hostel allows fights between customers.I saw myself how one guest from the USA was beaten by other 2 guests from Georgia and from Poland.Tge latter two were drinking vodka all day long and at the end of the day became aggressive. The hostel is not safe.

The staff was rude.Allowed drinking for men,but not for women.Allowed for men guests,Georgian nationality to misbehave. In general,they don't speak Lithuanian.No one from the staff.And they have a strange attitude that they don't need it. Another point-the staff has nowhere to place their children and they keep them at their workplace all day long.There's no children's room there They don't work during holidays and even unable to pickup money from their guests.Only upon special request.

Just like a family house ,make u feel like home,really good location close to the bus station,nice person,really helpful

The bed without respective light

I did like the hostel being cosy.

I didn't like one of the receptionists constantly asking me to pay money when it was paid. Once she came to tell me in front of the other guest that I have to pay when it was actually paid.And even looking at their documents she couldn't understand that it was paid. Another time she told me that I have to pay for next days now though this night was paid and another reservation started only next day.The explanation was stupid:she said they aren't going to be at the office because of Christmas.They won't work for 2 days. To the hotel owner:if you decided to teach your staff how to work with my help,so maybe you should offer me a free stay then.

Right next to bus station and bus stop , comfortable room, nice lady reception
