"Terrible. Do not even think."

Horrible place. The worst place we have ever been. No one was there to welcome us. It took a long time before we reached them on the phone and before they came. There was no air conditioning in the room and we slept with the window open directly onto the street. The roaches bit badly. There were no bedbugs, although there were clear traces of dried blood on the mattresses. The room was moldy, smelly, and definitely uninhabitable. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We had a very relaxing time. The location is good, especially if you travel by coach. It is close to Sete Rios. The hostel was clean and fresh, staff is always onsite and very helpful. Beds were very clean and the room quiet, facing the back yard. There are grocery shops nearby and wi-fi is good too. Great value for money - I would definitely recommend it for short stays.

It would be nice to have a small kitchenette to boil some water for tea. And even though the bathrooms were clean and adequate, some additions, like soap and maybe a small towel would be good.

"It was horrible, never going again."

It was cheap.

THERE WHERE BED BUGS. The cleanliness is deplorable and the room smells of damp. The doors did not close properly.

Shower place place was so small that a person couldn't fit in. Toilet didn't even have hand-wash or soap.

Location was good 10/15min from Sete rios bus terminal and around the same distance to the airport of catching uber. For a quick night sleep was alright.

No isolation, you can hear everything. The door even closed had a gap so it could be seen the inside from the corridor. Both toilets and room, not the cleanest No fan or any other cooling system so was very hot during the night.

Near the bus stop

Staff wasn’t present at our arrival, we had to wait even if we were on time in the check-in We didn’t understand why they made us pay more taxes even if on the booking it said that all taxes were already paid, and they wanted us to pay 57 by card or 24 by cash, I don’t think that’s appropriate Too much noise at ALL hours, especially at night, but also in the afternoon. There was a guy that spoke all languages that made 50 calls a day, interrupting our precious sleep. And additionally, a woman kept walking making a lot of noise at 2am The room wasn’t like the photos
