"A disappointing stay—unclean, uncomfortable, and poorly managed."

The room was not clean and far from comfortable. Very disappointing experience. Management needs to improve—this was unacceptable.

"More than dissatisfied"

No receptionist, had to ring the owner to send someone so we could check in. I had already paid the city tax and was forced to pay it again. There was blood on our bed, dirt on the table and the bathrooms full of mold. Terrible location unless you like 40 minute long ubers. Rooms are all connected by doors so you can hear everything. In winter it's colder in your room than outside. So dissatisfied I booked another place to stay even though it's non refundable.
