The position is good, only the hostel has a very very poor quality. It does not have anything, onky places to sleep and the internet connection

I booked a room for one night by booking app but when I reached there the boy on reception said there is one any booking on my name even I show him the confirmation email from booking app and he demand for cash to give me the room, so I paid cash a by app , he told me that they will return my payment that I paid by app but now they don't respond nothing, I have all the proof.

There are bed bugs and the sheets are not clean have blood on their pillows every room is same and also there’s not a handwash available
