7:48 PM 2.0KB/s What to do next hello, I checked in today right now. here is attached the invoice. last night i came here but there was no one to attend for check in. I send the message to the property that my flight is late and can I check in near 12 but there was no response. I reached here exactly at 12 night there was no one te attend for check in at the reception and than I lived night on the road due to in appropriate response of the property. than I call to your representative on customer service on UK number than he did not properly response to my quiry and even he did not like to contact with the property for that. he was of the view that why you are late and this that. whereas it was not the right response to the client after 20 minutes of waiting for the call just to talk with your representative. his behaviour was inappropriate too. instead of solving the issue he was talking this and that. I am your regular customer and how he behaved with me it was not fine. he said if property is not responding we cannot do anything whereas this property is on your plate form and it was your responsibility to deal with this matter. if I will not say to you where should I go for that matter. so it is kind request to you help me with this matter. here is the invoice for the one day and I am so much disappointed from customer representative behaviour and response from the booking.com with regard to this matter. so here is the one day invoice and refund one day money back to me. it was really harsh behaviour of the property and specially the booking.com with respect to this matter. I was really mentally disappointed and pass my night at footpath with this cruel behaviour. my invoice number is 16245318/0001394, dated 18/09/2024 Thinas vou can do

I got a new room

The staff was very unfriendly, the bathroom was very dirty, I had bedbugs in my room. After I mentioned it to the receptionist, he gave me a new room, which smelled like smoke.
