They charge more

There was not any hand liquid to wash and bed is to much uneasy to sleep

It was the second time I went there. The room was better than the one from the first time. It was quite, worth it for just 20€. The guy, who was in the hall when I came, was very kind and so available for any issue!

Something was bitting me and my boyfriend, so had to find other hotel after first night

You will have a roof, otherwise it would be better to sleep in the street

The staff was rude and unhelpful, the beds were dirty, the room was decaying, we had no locks or way to secure our belonging, the lockers didn’t close and they charged you for towels and keeping your bags in the reception (only option to keep them “safe” when we were away)

There was nothing to like in that hostle. I had a horrible experience and I have shared my experoence with booking.com many times. I also tried to reach property but they never reply.

* Poor customer service * Even the guy who is supposed to speak in English, did not know english.  * The main door of the hostel is open 24 hours, no security at all. * Keys to the room were not provided. * No lockers were provided even if they had lockers. * Washrooms can not be worst than what they had. * No handsoap for washroom * Once you close the door of washroom after use, it gets locked and the reception guy has to come everytime to open it. * Even the washroom door did not close properly and had enough space to see inside. Coming to the room: * Bed bugs. * Bed can not be more worst than what they had. Not stable, not good, not even close to adjustable. * No power plugs for phone charge. * Door of the room was kind of useless. * Lights (big lights) were always ON even in the night,  and did not allow any kind of sleep. * Chewing gums on the wall of my bunk bed. * Got bitten by bed bugs. * Spent full night sitting in a corner. Pics attached for reference. There is a lot to say, but I believe these small details are good enough to know my experience. 

Total waste of money its june and there not facilities of fan

Washroom very small and dirty mostly people living there permanent so no body care about cleanings

The location of the hostel is perfect, surrounded by reasonably priced restaurants and shops. Easy access to bus stops and bank ATMs.

Every single room is divided by poorly partition plaster boards. Every conversation, every cough, every phone call can be heard through the walls. But for the price, you can not complain for the value. Bathrooms are what you pay for.

Very bad place I don't know how booking accept like that place in booking page

They let me pay more money before entrance and I already pay my full staying
