Nothing , very bad experience

Very, very bad experience. I paid for a 3-night reservation, but I did not spend a single night at this hostel. The photos and description shown online were very misleading and did not reflect the reality of the accommodation. When I called for assistance, nobody spoke English. The staff only spoke Portuguese and repeatedly told me they could not help me. After several hours of searching, I finally managed to find the property. Even then, there were no signs, indicators, or clear information to help locate it. It was extremely difficult to find, as it was simply an apartment inside a residential building. When I arrived, the staff still could not communicate in English and provided no assistance. They simply pointed to the room and left. The room and bathroom were not properly prepared or cleaned. There were no towels, no proper shower facilities, and I was asked to pay extra for services that I had already paid for through Booking.com. I had specifically booked a room with a private bathroom shared by a maximum of five people, but the actual conditions were completely different from what was advertised. The hostel lacked cleanliness, organization, and basic hospitality standards. Whenever I tried to discuss these issues, there was only one lady managing the property. She did not speak English and seemed unwilling to listen or discuss any concerns. Because of the unacceptable conditions, I decided not to stay and was forced to book another hotel late at night at a much higher price. I requested a refund because I never spent a single night at the hostel, but my request was ignored. To this day, I have not received any refund or satisfactory response. This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend this place

Lugar perigoso, brigas e criminosos e policia e os empregados do Hostel parecem acostumados com este horror e nem sabem gerenciar. Gostei Nada

.Minha mulher acompanhou me para o aeroporto e desde que era tarde reservei a unica vaga disponível no que pensei um quarto feminino. Resultado ela não conseguiu dormir o lugar foi invadido pela policia, os funcionarios zero experiência deixaram a polícia entrar na parte feminina isto é contra a lei, duas mulheres esquisitas uma mostrou faca a outra, homens sem vergonha passando com tualhas, não tem separação entre os espaços zero monitorização do espaço, a minha mulher doente passava uns dos momentos mais horríveis da sua vida e para ela não passar a noite fora mandei uber pars levar ela para casa.
