NOWell, there was a tremendous problem where there was an infection in the bed, there were insects of some type of bedbugs that I will send you the name of as soon as possible, it was a catastrophe in my girlfriend, she was very ill, she had an infection all over her body from the bites of those mentioned, she was nauseous and vomiting and had a headache the three days that we have been here, because the bites were serious, almost 25% of her body was bitten and of course, I don't know if the Hotel El Hostal knew about the problem, but it was a serious problem because my wife or my girlfriend has had tremendous problems and we have been able to spend our time as best we could, I could also send photos if you want
Uh, well, how to start, was I sick or was I well? My girlfriend was so sick that after three days with the hospital and medication expenses, we were planning to stay longer at the hostel in Lisbon, but we can't. We're going to have to travel home, and vacations are no longer a thing. This was a catastrophe, and I hope we get things done and they contact the hostel to see the situation and fix the problem because this was terrible for me and my girlfriend. GBOur stay was disappointing overall. The cleanliness was a major issue, and we ended up covered in bed bug bites. The atmosphere in the hostel was uncomfortable, with unfriendly guests and a general lack of safety, as things were being stolen. It was very noisy throughout the night, and the sheets weren’t clean. Additionally, we had to pay extra for both the key and a locker. The only redeeming quality was the hostel's excellent location, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the other issues.
