Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment pas terrible: Pour environ 130€ pour 4 personnes, chambre assez petite, le lit superposé n'était pas très confortable et surtout une salle de bain séparée ( vieillote,pas très propre, débit eau insuffisant) partagée avec au moins 4 autres chambres (heureusement il semble que nous étions la seule chambre louée) idem pour la cuisine. Et ce n'était pas clairement indiqué dans le descriptif. Mais peut-être n'ai je pas été assez attentif De plus difficile de se comprendre avec l'hôte qui ne parle que le portugais...

Fui a un festival y estaba cerca de la ubicación.

Los ascensores estaban estropeados y no avisaron con antelación (menos mal que nadie tenía movilidad reducida). Había hormigas en varias de las toallas. Se escucha absolutamente el ruido de todas las habitaciones, tanto de la que estaba al lado, como de las que estaban al otro lado del pasillo. Además, teníamos un baño compartido para dos habitaciones (de capacidad de 4 personas cada una) y el baño estaba en medio, por lo que también se escuchaba todo. He pagado 150€ por una noche en un lugar que no vale ni 50€.

Lo único bueno la ubicación y la insonorización.

The first flag that I should have seen was the lack of communication from the property when I booked. It was confirmed all right and I put in the time I will be there. The second red flag when I arrived at the address was the lack of signage that this was the place. No name no number. When I called the property a Portuguese lady answered but since I didnt speak Portuguese and she did not speak English there was no communication. I ended standing outside and knocking on neighbours doors asking about Lar dois Coracoes. Eventually the property lady showed up and we had a broken communication using Google Translate. The so called hotel was divided into 7 different apartments which houses tourists and more long term residents. The room that I got did not matche the description at all, it was much smaller and was outdated by about 30 years. There is a balcony that is shared with the whole floor so there is no privacy. The facilities are mediocre. There is a bathroom, with a cracked mirror, an old jacuzzi/shower combo from the esrly 90s with a slippery and gummy shower pad. I am not exactly sure if it was clean or not. It also takes a bit of skill to get the right water temperature. The kitchen was all right no complaints there. Most important the lift has been broken since the day building was built and is used as a storage for all kinds of junk. If you have heavy baggage beware.
