Good location, safe, friendly staff.

The only light in the room was on the ceiling and unfortunately I had people in my room, who kept it on all night. The A/C in the room was too cold.

Avoid it!!! It's a detention centre not a hostel! They don't give you any keys and just lock everyone up during the night! There's no one at that time at the reception, so if you need to go out suddenly you can't do anything but wait until the morning, they don't pick up the phone. Absolutely uncomfortable place with rude staff, no drinking water, not to mention other facilities.

they let me use the bed early just because I had to take a flight before that night. It's near the metro station, people are not very friendly.

there is not free water, they give you the linens so you have to do your bed yourself, they had a lower bed available but arrogablty told me that i could not use it. Honestly I don't recommend this place, there must be other places with nicer people.

Kind staff, felt safe with someone needing to let you in/out all the time. Aircon in the room was cold, everything was clean. Felt safe on the 30ish minute walk to intramuros.

Only place nearby for food at night is 711. No toilet paper in the bathrooms.

One of the staff has some kind of attitude. She was like the oldest and fvgliest, but for some reason also had the worst attitude among all hostel i have ever encountered in all my life. And I have met many. I hope she gets fired. She was terrible.

I appreciated that the main door is electronic and could only be opened when a receptionist is present inside to press a hidden button. I also liked that the beds were big enough and had sockets by the wall. I particularly liked one of the staff members who was friendly towards me and quite accommodating. The cool aircondition is such a huge plus given the heat these days.

I have stayed in this hostel on two separate occasions within one month, and during my first time, I asked for a lower bunk bed and they said only a top bunk was available. They gave me my beddings for me to put up and set on my bed. Ad I was about to, I found out that the bottom bunk was available so I was able to request to a switch in beds. I just wish this was figured out before I checked in though. That's all. Also, the street outside had low lighting and would usually be filled with children and teens at various times of the day or night.
