我住在女生only的房間 1.有舒適的公共空間可以使用 2.有小型廚房及必要用具，也有冰箱很適合旅人補充食物 3.有晾曬衣物的區域 4.地點離長野站很近 5.房間內有另外吊掛外套大衣的空間 6.提早到達或check out後當天可先寄放行李走行程再回頭拿行李

1.樓梯稍窄，搬運大型行李較不方便 2.要自己鋪床，尤其有人在休息的時候鋪床都會有聲響，壓力很大 3.浴室好像只有一間

Location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk from the main station. The beds were perfectly adequate. The shared facilities were great and very cosy. The journaling concept was also fun! Staff were very friendly and gave travel recommendations.

The facilities were clean but somewhat limited - just 2 showers and toilets for a lot of people, but guests were respectful and the waits were never too long.

The friendly authentic atmosphere and all the equipment for cooking etc we could use. Fresh coffee in the morning.

It is very tiny and a backpackers. We enjoyed this and it is so cheap so to be expected. Had to go down a level to the toilets etc.

長野駅から近く、便利でした。 駅から近く、はじめての利用でしたがスタッフの方の説明が丁寧で良かったです。 部屋にはエアコンがあり、寝具も快適でぐっすり眠れました。 リビングスペースで他のゲストさんと交流したのもよき思い出です。

2Fトイレの鍵が、閉めるのも開けるのも固くて苦労しました(^-^;　鍵が壊れて閉じ込められたのかと焦りました。
