Clean, good facilities, close to city centre, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the money

Not very soundproof and private. Also could smell some smoke on last night. Fine in terms of value for price though.

Lovely lady host, very friendly and helpful she allowed me to park my bike in the small yard which meant a lot.

Nothing! Dogs barked a wee bit but that suites me for security.
