Exploits Inn and Suites

Loved having a washer and dryer to use for a small fee.

Restaurant downstairs did not open until 10 am so made it hard to get breakfast before heading out for the day’s

The Inn was set up really well, the lounge area and kitchen were incredibly helpful to prepare us for our journeys. The room was spacious with a large bed and bathroom. Also the staff were very kind and helpful. It was a great value stay!

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy with music playing in through the room on both nights.

The bathroom sink smelled terrible. Needs to be cleaned in the drain. That was all.

I like the location. You could walk across the road to foodland and the liquor store and there is a restaurant in the same building. The layout of the motel is like a home with a living room and such, which gives it a nice touch. The price is fair, given it is like the only place to stay while visiting botwood. I still wouldnt pay any higher for this place however.

The parking would be horrible during a snow storm or if the plow needed to get through. Im not sure hoe it works in botwood, but here in stjohns we have a ban on parking in the street. I parked on the side of your building but almost destroyed my car going up over the curb. The rooms also have two ventilators but no heat, which would be horrible during the colder days. I definitely think the curb/ sidewalk should be addressed.
